The Audi RS2, a level 2 car, can EASILY go up against level 4 cars. The level 6 Exocet handles extremely well and is better suited to level 7 or 8. Basically, while crappier weapons may exist in BR games a skilled player can get by with a bit of concentration.
They are at set locations but not every location is used in each game and the car dropped at each site is random. I spawn at a location where I know of 7 nearby car drop sites. There is usually a car in at least one of them but it may be a useless level 2 of 3 car.

Eliminator wins don’t get closer than this, still can’t believe I pulled it off and wasn’t even sure I’d won at first. Making it even better is the level 10 Lambo yelling “Prepare to be Eliminated!” milliseconds before I came flying out of the trees above him to steal the win. Also got the “Heads Up” accolade with this one!

While using TC and SC in horizon Open is probably a bad idea, in eliminator they actually help especially some cars that are not the best. My 100th win came with the Camaro which is one of the cars that is clearly better with SC and TC enabled.
